OUTREACH MINISTRIES

MISSIONARY

Vision Statement

The Vision of the Missionary Ministry is to support the Neabsco Baptist Church Vision to Build on the Foundation of Jesus Christ through our mission of service, discipleship, fellowship, worship and outreach to others.

Mission Statement

  • In service we extend our hearts and hands to people who are less fortunate and need assistance with the basic necessities of life. We strive to assist and fulfill needs in a manner that respects the dignity of each person, as well as helps them to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
  • In discipleship we encourage and uplift members of the body of Christ, knowing that we are all from the blood line of Jesus Christ.
  • In fellowship we unite with those Christians who have a heart to serve others and who are willing to be used by the Master.
  • In worship we worship in spirit and in truth, keeping our eyes on Christ Jesus.
  • In outreach we witness in activities and events as we step out on faith to carry out Jesus’ great commission.

Scriptural Reference: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."  (Matthew 28:19-20)

Daily Manna from the 'Net [KJV] - Daily Manna from the 'Net for Thursday, December 31, 2009 [Mark 2:7-12]
Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only? And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion. Mark 2:7-12 KJV
